I really like the way you re-wrote my blog, you took what I was trying to say and put it into much clearer and simpler words – that was what I was trying to say when I first wrote it!” Andy, Marketing & Sales Director, B2B Invoice Finance Specialist

“Lewis took the blog on our agency website to new places, regularly posting new content for us every week. Many of our clients read our blog and have told us how impressed they are – we even got a new business lead from a blog Lewis wrote! He has a really creative mind and was a great asset to our agency.” Lauren, Creative Account Director, Leeds-based creative comms agency

“I’ve called on Lewis on a number of occasions and he never lets me down. He’s not only able to work to tight deadlines but the copy he delivers is outstanding. I work with some very niche clients and he always hits the mark with the content he writes.” Gemma, PR Consultant and Agency Owner

I can deliver bespoke workshops on creative writing, copywriting and creativity.

If your team needs some creative inspiration and new ways of being creative and working together, then here is a great case study to show you what is possible:

“Lewis ran a wonderful bespoke session for our organisation’s away day which focused on creative freedom and group collaboration. We asked if they could link to the theme of wellbeing and he prepared two 45min creativity workshops: ‘On the fly’Creativity, Confidence and Well-Being.

“I can confidently say that everyone loved it and I know because I joined in too! We all eased into the practical exercises and enjoyed doing them. There was a lot of learning and laughter in equal measure.  We had a lot we could take away to use to improve our creative thinking and group brainstorming sessions.

“Our colleagues are based around the country so it was a great opportunity for them to bond and build up new relationships. By the end of each session everyone was wanting more. We only wish we had more time!”

Anthea, Head of People, Improvement & Innovation, National Institute for Health Research

How can we work together?

I won’t give you the spiel about what good copy can do for your business. You’re not here for a lecture. You’re here because either…

…you want an experienced copywriter because those projects keep piling up

…you need bespoke guidance and coaching to improve your own copy and content

…you’re looking for consulting and/or workshops to develop your marketing strategy, writing skills and/or team’s creativity

Who do you work with?

Usually PR & marketing agencies, SME marketing managers, or directly with small business owners.

What industries do you work with?

I’ve worked with organisations in education, manufacturing, IT, finance, hospitality and many more.

I’m from a PR & marketing agency and I have a project you might find interesting. What do you need to know?

If you’re a small but perfectly formed marketing agency and in need of some extra resource to deliver projects for your clients, then come and chat to me.

If you’ve got a project you need help with just let me know about the deadline, the deliverables, the budget, the client and the customers.

I do my research to make sure the project is of a high quality. I’m an experienced agency copywriter, so I’ll always do the best job for your client. Those relationships are important!

I’m a recruiter and I have a role you might find interesting. Let me know what you think?

If you’re a recruiter with a potential short-term contract, come and chat to me.

I’m always interested in hearing about potential roles.

Just a few things that might help you figure out if I’m a good candidate:

  • I have several years experience working in marketing agencies and working in university marketing departments.
  • I’ve also had about a year’s experience managing PR, digital & event marketing for a B2B finance company and an IT specialist.
  • If you have a supervisory or management role, I may be interested if the team is small (1-2 members).
  • I live in West Yorkshire and can drive. I’m not inerested in relocating.
  • If you’re client is comfortable with a bit of remote working, then I’m happy to have a few days working on site.
  • I’m not really interested in permanent posts, I’m afraid. But if you have something that is part-time and sounds really interesting, I might take you up on it.
